Wow! Our house is finally done and we're living in it! The audio/video systems that you designed and installed are functioning perfectly and we are enjoying them immensely!
After our architect referred us to you almost two years ago, I thought I knew what we wanted, but as the project progressed it was clear you had a better understanding of how people want their systems to work in the end. I'm so glad we took your advice and did all the extra little things (that add up by the way) because we can't imagine our home without them.
I want to point out a few things that impress us the most;
- Your employees are the greatest; courteous, knowledgeable and clean cut guys that are a pleasure to have around.
- The rack in our equipment room is a work of art! Who knew we would need two 6-foot racks of electronics to run everything! It looks very impressive and professional. I like to show it off to my freinds! But practically speaking, we can send any video to any TV connected, inside or outside, and that is a very cool thing. An entertainer's dream!
- Our outdoor sound system is phenomenal! The subwoofer outside is genius and really lets us enjoy great music without cranking it sky-high!
- The family room system sounds fantastic considering our large room. The hidden subwoofers in the walls really makes Jeannete happy as there are no big black boxes out on the floor. Something our decorator cringed about.
- It's still incredible to me that I can stand anywhere in the house (or outside for that matter) and control everything with a remote that I don't have to point at anything! And such easy control over all that centrally-located gear.
- The Theater Room. Once I saw the ultra-widescreen/no-black-bars presentation in your showroom I was hooked! I have never seen anything like it and any friends that have seen it are really amazed. It's the ultimate.
Brian, the more I write, the more I think about what a great overall job you guys have done. In fact, what has impressed me the most, is your desire to stick with us through all the tweaks and even a few problems that were not your fault. As a GC for large commercial projects, I could say that I wish all our sub-contractors worked as had as you do!
If I had to sum it all up? Professionalism. Dedication. Quality Workmanship. Job well done!

Please accept my family’s most sincere thanks for the outstanding job you and your crew have done in all phases of our home audio/visual project. As you may remember, we began this project a little apprehensive about whether we really needed someone with your level of expertise, or whether we should just go to Best Buy and fend for ourselves. We are so please that we decided to use Connect Source!
From your first visit to our home you made us feel comfortable with the project that we had in mind, and impressed us with your wide range of knowledge about the different products available and the different ways of installing those products. We could not be happier with the high quality of the components you helped us select. As you know, I shopped your component pricing against the internet and found there to be virtually no difference.
However, it was the work that you and your crew did on the installation that really blew us away. Since our house is 2 stories and nearly 20 years old, and was not wired for electronics when it was built, we had serious concerns whether you would be able to “hide the wires” and achieve a clean look. I saw how hard your guys worked to do not just “make it work”, but to figure out the very best way to complete the job, both structurally and aesthetically. Furthermore, your guys were so conscientious and clean with the work they did, and the way that they left their work area each night during the job. They were perfect gentlemen, and so patient with our four children when they would come home from school each day and want to look around at the project. At the end, we could not believe the great job your guys did. Every component and wire is meticulously in its place, and there is absolutely no clutter. Your expertise has added tremendous value to the components we purchased from you.
Finally, your follow up has been amazing. You and your guys have been so responsive, by telephone and email, to every single question and concern we’ve had - from tweaking the buttons on the house-wide remote control, to answering questions about how things work. There has never been a time when we’ve needed you that you haven’t been there for us. I want to very personally thank you for coming out to the house on a Sunday when I had that remote control problem.
Brian, we couldn’t be happier with the way things have turned out. We very much look forward to working with you on our next few projects – wiring the remainder of our house for sound, as well as doing the front porch and back deck. I will be proud to recommend you and your firm to anyone who is looking for a very high level of quality products, service, and most importantly, integrity in the audio/visual realm.
